The space

Welcome to a nice and functional cottage of 88 m2.
The house is located on Zealand at Sejrøbugten, close to the water and only an hour's drive from Copenhagen.

It includes: large living room with open kitchen and good dining area, fireplace, and U-sofa. TV with many channels and chromecast (Danish, international).

Three good bedrooms.
Bedroom with double bed, children's room with bunk bed (90x200) and single bed, and smaller room with bunk bed (90x200). Bathroom with toilet, shower, floor heating and washing machine.
Large wooden terrace with table, chairs and barbecue, as well as small covered space with outdoor sofa and armchairs.
Bed linen and towels are included in the price.

Child-friendly beach with wide sandy beach and small dunes, as well as fantastic views over the entire Sejrøbugten (1000m).

Close to shopping and good transport links both by train, bus and ferry from Jutland.

Nearest big city is Vig with shops, cinema, flea markets through summer.

Pets and smoking are not allowed.

Electricity and water are settled separately.

The house is situated in an old well-planted holiday home area, where deer and hares move freely..

Guests are always welcome to contact the landlord if they want driving directions or if problems occur while staying in the house. Everything will be done to make guests feel comfortable and have a nice holiday.
The host is not present while guests are staying in the house.

Neighborhood overview

For more than 100 years, Odsherred has been one of the Danes' favorite holiday destinations. This is due, among other things, to the beaches, art and the varied landscape. Odsherred is surrounded by the Isefjord, Kattegat and Sejerø Bay, and the sun's reflection gives the area a light that is only found similar to a few other places in Denmark. Here are activities and rides enough for everyone, visit eg. Summerland Zealand (sommerland sjælland), where all rides are free when the entrance hall is paid, Odsherred Zoo in Asnæs or Dragsholm Castle from the 13th century, where the white ghost reportedly resided, the castle is unique and scenic situated at Nekselø bay, where you can also get a culinary experience with local produce. Worth a visit is also Nykøbing Sjælland town which has numerous shopping opportunities with several supermarkets and a cozy pedestrian street with specialty shops and cafes, or go to Rørvig and enjoy the atmosphere at the harbor where you can buy and enjoy freshly caught fish every day while the children catch crabs from the pier.
Activities include: swimming pool, flea markets, cinema in Vig, music events and nature museums / walks and many other exciting nature activities for children and adults.

Getting around

The house is situated close to shopping (500m to the nearest supermarket) and good transport links both by train from Nykøbing Sj. and Holbæk, bus to and from Høje Tåstrup and ferry connections to Jutland via Sjællands Odde.

Kære Gæst.
Det er forventeligt at du/I passer godt på hus og omgivelser. At huset forlades rengjort og i samme stand, som det blev overtaget.
Kun det antal gæster bookingen omfatter må opholde sig i huset.
Fester og andre arrangementer er ikke tilladt, og eventuel musik skal holdes på niveau hvor det ikke kan genere naboer.
Det er muligt at tilkøbe rengøring for DKR 650,00. Det skal meddeles udlejer før lejeperioden starter.
Ønskes tidligere ankomst, eller senere afrejse, kan det hvis ledigt tilbydes mod gebyr på 250kr.
El afregnes kontant efter forbrug med 6,00kr pr kwt Vand afregnes med 25kr pr dag.

Sengetøj, viskestykker, håndklæder, gas for grill tilbydes gratis.
